New Luxury Real Estate Agent

Plus, New Agent Marketing Tips

By Kereen Henry REALTOR®

Looking for ways to build your new real estate business while improving your online reach as a new agent? Look no further.

This comprehensive guide for newbie agents has everything you need to get started building your brand as a realtor while improving the way you do business in this industry.

Learn From a Seasoned Luxury Agent

As a seasoned Atlanta sports, entertainment and luxury real estate agent, I can tell you that working in this industry can be a lot of fun—and it can be quite lucrative—but it takes a lot of work, especially when you’re just starting on your new career journey.

Many people think they can simply earn their real estate agent license and then immediately become independently wealthy by listing and selling upscale homes while putting in little effort.

This is far from the truth. New real estate agents have to put in extensive hours on evenings, weekends and other times when most other people are typically “off” work. In addition, downtime should be spent doing all you can to build your new agent brand and move your listings forward. That doesn’t mean all this effort isn’t worth it, though!

Dedicated agents have a lot to gain in this market if they are willing to put in the time and commitment to succeed. 33 Things I Wish I’d Known as a New Luxury Real Estate Agent will help you avoid the pitfalls many new agents experience when they first launch their real estate careers.

From choosing the right broker and learning the rights and wrongs of social media branding and marketing to making human resources decisions and learning how to network to make personal and professional connections—I cover it all.

As a committed high-end agent, I want to help you avoid potential missteps and poor decisions early on that could set you back later on in your career. There is no sense in repeating the mistakes other agents—including myself—have made in the past!

There are so many things I wish I had known when I first became a new real estate agent. And I want to share those lessons with other property newbies to improve your experiences within the industry.

I am a firm believer that all of us should rely on one another for mentoring—and I certainly want to share my own experiences and what I have learned along the way to improve your outcomes.

33 Things I Wish I’d Known as a New Luxury Real Estate Agent is just that. It is a log of:

  • Mistakes I have made along the way
  • How to avoid those pitfalls
  • Things I wish I had known as I transitioned into a Keller Williams Atlanta Luxury Agent

This book details my advice, mentorship and guidance. I hope, by reading this book, you will accept my invitation to jumpstart your new real estate career. You will learn how to best move your business forward quickly, efficiently and effectively by:
